My husband and I one day decided we wanted to sell our home in Farmington and purchase a new home, as we had outgrown the home that we were living in. We weren't sure about finding a home we really liked and then having to sell ours. Wally explained to us that he could sell our home for us and then we could look for the new home we really wanted. He went to work for us immediately as he knew that we wanted to sell our home quickly to be able to look for our new home. Our home actually sold the first week it was on the market. After meeting Wally Berg at an open house he was hosting, we contacted him in mid-April to help us locate a new home. As we had previously sold our prior home and were renting, time was of the essence.
We met with Wally and told him what we were looking for. He showed us a few homes to get a more detailed idea of our tastes. By the end of the first week, Wally had figured out exactly what was important to us in a home. This was extremely helpful because we knew that we would not waste time looking.
